Breakfast:
Peanuts -- 3 (Hallelujah! The peanuts are back!!)
Green tea -- 1
Lunch:
Cheddar spinach omlette -- 3
Snack:
Sunflower seeds -- 2
Supper:
Cheddar smoked sausage -- 4 (So good, but didn't realize it was that high in carbs! Oh well. It's still not that bad.)
Green beans -- 2
Snack:
Yogurt smoothie -- 3
TOTAL: 18 carbs

8:00 - Coffee w/splenda (2)
10:30 - String cheese (1)
1:00 - Chicken ceasar salad (3)
1:30 - Diet peach snapple (2)
