  • Monday-- 15 minutes stretches, 40 minutes Simple 7 Circuit TBT.
  • Mon: 6 mins treadmill, strength-training circuit, 8 off-circuit machines
  • Monday: Ab Scissor - 45 seconds x 4

    Tuesday: 20 minute Pilates, Great Arm - videos

  • Wednesday- (FINALLY! I have been a bum!) Curves for 30 minutes
  • Wednesday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.

  • Wednesday-- Buddy and I walked 3 miles this morning.
  • Wed: bowled 3 games
  • Wednesday: Ab Scissor - 45 seconds x 4

    Thursday: 20 minute Pilates tape

  • Thursday-- 15 minutes stretches, 36 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
  • Friday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, upper body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.

  • Thirty Minutes at Curves, then about five minutes of 'running' on the slope in the swimming pool.
  • Friday: AB Scissor - 45 seconds x 4

    Saturday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.

  • Friday-- 3 mile walk with Buddy.
  • Fri: 20 mins elliptical, strength training circuit, 9 off-circuit machines
    Sat: worked in yard, weeding and mulching flower beds
    Sun: worked in yard, cutting down honeysuckle bushes and ripping out vines, raking up debris.
