Hello there how are you doing? My husband and I had a slight gain this week, but we are ok about it, we ate chinese last night and we weighed in this morning, no surprise on the scale. I have two questions we can ask outselves every morning. If not me then who? If not now then when? We are the only ones who can take the weight off ourselves. NO one put the weight back on me but me and no one can take it off but me, I can give and get encouragement, but in the end I am the one who is responsible for what goes in my mouth. Yes it's ok to have chinese every now and then but not so good to do it the night before weigh in and buffet at that! Anyway we did real good this weekend so hopefully next weeks weigh in will be much better. Anyway take care and God Bless. Hope to go walking tomorrow but it looks like rain.

Hello how are you doing? How was your weekend? Hubby and I did real good with our eating this weekend. We wanted to walk this morning but mother nature decided that she wanted us to have rain so we had to cancel our walking. They give rain again tomorrow, but hopefully after we walk. Anyway take care and hang in there.

hello! im fine. my weekend was ok. i had a couple of crackers...opps! oh well ill just start up again eventually! haha! when it rains why dont you just walk in place in your house. i do that sometimes. its ok. its not as good as walking outside. well i hope to hear from you soon!
