  • Monday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.

  • Monday-- 15 minutes stretches, 39 minutes Simple 7 Circuit TBT.
  • Mon: 20 mins elliptical, strength training circuit, 7 off-circuit machines
  • Tuesday- Curves 30 minutes
  • Tuesday-- walked 3 miles with my Buddy.
  • Wednesday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, upper body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.

  • Wednesday-- 15 minutes stretches, 38 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
  • Wed: bowled 3 games
  • Thursday-- Buddy and I walked 3 miles.
  • Thurs: 20 mins elliptical machine, strength training circuit, 8 off-circuit machines
  • Friday-- 15 minutes stretches, 38 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
  • Friday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.

  • Saturday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, upper body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.

    Will do Ab Scissor later today.
