Need Buddy

  • Here's my not so sad story.
    I have been on the battle for weightloss and health since day 1, weighing in at 9lbs 12 onces, my mom says i was a little late...right...after a growling childhood of teasing, i finally lost weight in the 8th and 9th grade, went from 205 to 115lb...what a feet. then over the next 10 years, i managed to put on 120lbs, maxing out a 235lbs last year march 3rd, 2003...since then, i did a vigorous daily workout and strict calorie and in 6 months, i was down to 190 and a size 14 for my 10 year class reunion, and since then i am down to 176 and size 12...sounds good right??? but I continue to have a struggle to finish it up. i still have 30 to 50lbs to loose, pending which weight chart you look at.

    I really need some online support. my friends here go in trends of weightloss and look for immediate gradification rather than long-term and lifestyles changes...

    anyone out there like me????

    I would love to be your buddy. If you want to see more of my bio, I am the one "halfway around the world". I am in Korea now. I have about the same amount of weight to lose.
    You are doing fantastic. I know how it is with friends.... One of my friends is a quick fixer. The other is on the same page as me, but just too busy to meet on a consistent basis. So if you want a buddy I am here for you. .
    I have about 35-45 lbs to lose. I was at about 200 at my heaviest (last year). Right now I am 184 lbs but I have hit a plateau and been here for about 3 weeks. Arrrgh. It is the hardest time for me. I want to give up when I am here.... But I will push through....

    What exercise program do you use? I am starting to jog every day about 20 minutes a day. I don't have access to a gym here... It is just to intimidating. All those damn skinny Asian women .

    How do you want to use the buddy system? Do you want to make a challenge? Let me know
