Weekly goals June 1st thru 6th

  • Puttin' it down on paper.

    TG goals for the week.

    1. water and vitamins daily (3 liters of water)
    2. do my digestive tract cleansing this week
    3. re-induction all week
    4. work out 4 times this week!

    YEAH I can do it!!!
  • My NEW goals
    1. Get back to drinking water ONLY
    2. Try to work some exercise in
    3: STAY ON INDUCTION (at least for this week )

  • Goals Week 1
    Ok I am in:

    1) Drink 96-120 oz of H2O a day
    2) Take all My Vitamins
    3) Log Daily in FitDay
    4) Run 6 Miles this week

    We can do it gang!!
  • I'm going to start doing this, too.

    (1). Drink 3 liters of water daily.
    (2). Add at least 15 miles to the Equator Trek this week.
    (3). Stay on induction all week.

    I need to drink more water.

    I need to vary my workout more instead of just doing the elliptical machine all the time

    I need to be more consistant on my weight lifting.

    I need to focus on staying in induction and not binge... on carbs or any calorie dense foods that will hinder my progress. This is going to be the hardest one.
