    July 4th is 5 weeks away!!! What's your goal??????


  • Since I gained 5 1/2 lbs. last month , My goal is to lose that 5 1/2 lbs. by July 4th!!!!!! (I want my 25 lb. chick back!!)

    I KNOW I can do it!!!!!

  • I would like to lose 5 to 10 pounds by July 4th. I may even buy me a red, white and blue BIKINI...LOL I also want a 20 pound CHICK!!!

  • I have managed to stay OP , even with the ever changing eating schedule we have in the summertime. Most days it's just brunch and dinner.
    For this challenge I have changed my weigh-in day to Mondays.

    Well....It didn't do any good to change my weigh-in day. Still stayed the same at 214!! Then I got to thinking why....Could be too many Blue Bunny {low carb}Ice Cream Bars for snacks or Michalob Ultras by the pool at pool...LOL. I should be reall good at the maintance plan someday!!
    I'm really going to cut out all the snacks and lose a couple of pounds this week.
