    Thought I would start us off on a new exercise thread for June...

    30 minute walk to work this morning.

    I will also be walking to WW (about 20 minutes) and then home fromt here (about 35-40 minute walk)

    Let's get moving!
  • Saturday, May 29, 2004: 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes weights
    Sunday, May 30, 2004: 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes treadmill
    Monday, May 31, 2004: rest (maybe a walk later...)
  • Tuesday 30 minutes of yoga
  • Tuesday, Curves plus 15 minutes of stretches.
  • Tuesday again.....1hour and 30 minutes of bellydancing
  • Tuesday, June 1, 2004: rest
    Wednesday, June 2, 2004: 30 minutes treadmill, 30 minutes weights, 20 minutes bicycle
  • Wednsday: A tiny bit of dance practice.
  • Yesterday I did a run with doggie.

    Today, mow the lawn and did Cathe Friedrich's Upper Body Pyramid.

    Ta Daaaaaaaaa.

  • 1 hour of bellydance class tonight
  • Thursday, June 3, 2004: 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes treadmill.
  • Friday - 1 hour of walking today
  • Friday, June 4, 2004: 30 minutes weights, 30 minutes treadmill, 30 minutes elliptical
  • Walked today about 2 miles, and did some yoga--about 40 minutes.
  • Thursday - walked 30 minutes. Had a panic attack which must have burned off some calories!!!

    Saturday Curves 26 minutes of exercizing, 20 minutes of stretching.
