Yay! I exercised today! June

  • Saturday - curves
  • walked about 3 miles, mostly in half-mile segments.
  • 90 minutes of walking today, 30 minutes of yoga
  • Curves with extra stretching today
  • 45 minutes on the elliptical, squats, calf presses, hamstring curls, jump drills

    Can we say sore butt today??!?!?!?!?
  • 30 minutes of pilates today
  • Yesterday-10 minutes on butt blaster(elliptical machine) lifted weights and then went for an hour and a half belly dancing class...I LOVE IT!!!!!
  • walked approx. 2 miles today, while carrying a bag of library books weighing approx 20 lbs. that should count as both aerobic AND weightlifting!!!

    (Note to self: from now on do your walking in the morning when it's still relatively cool or in the evening near sunset.)
