  • Sunday:
    44 min. walk/run intervals
    20 min. bike
  • today-arms (biceps/triceps) & shoulder weights. last week (thursday/friday) I was in Niagara Falls, did A LOT of walking!
  • sunday - 45 mins upper body free weights and abs
    monday - 30 min run, 1 hour walk
  • Mon-35 min on the stairmill
  • Mon:
    35 min. elliptical
    30 min. stairclimber
  • Sunday:
    2-mile walk

    Monday:
    2-mile walk
  • Sunday: 20 min elliptical
    Monday: no "real" exercise, but I did shop for 2.5 hours. That's gotta count for something Right?
  • Sunday- driving home and wedding...didn't do much of anything...
    Monday- Cleaned the house, but no "real" exercise
    Tuesday is the beginning of the June exercise routine!!! Need to get pumped back up!!!
  • Tuesday:
    3-mile walk
  • Tues:
    20 min. run @ 5.7 mph
    30 min. walk @ 4.7 mph ("hills")
    10 min. stairclimber
    15 min. weights
  • Tuesday:
    20 min. walk (it was beautiful outside today!)
    30 min. elliptical
    20 min. walk @ 4 mph
    10 min. run @ 5.7 mph
  • Tuesday-

    10 min. walk/run
    15 min. Bike (hills)
    It's hard to jump back in when you have been out of it for a month!!! WOW!
  • Wed:
    35 min. elliptical
    20 min. stairclimber
    10 min. recumbent bike
  • Wednesday:
    10 min. walk
    25 min. elliptical
    20 min. bike
  • Wednesday:
    3-mile walk
