today-arms (biceps/triceps) & shoulder weights. last week (thursday/friday) I was in Niagara Falls, did A LOT of walking!

Monday: no "real" exercise, but I did shop for 2.5 hours. That's gotta count for something Right?

Sunday- driving home and wedding...didn't do much of anything...
Monday- Cleaned the house, but no "real" exercise
Tuesday is the beginning of the June exercise routine!!! Need to get pumped back up!!!
