Hi everyone!

Well, I'm checking in a little earlier this evening. Only after midnight, not 2 and 3:00 in the morning.
I finally went to bed last night at 4:00 AM and then got up at 8:00 to drive cross town. I let my mouth run before my brain kicked in today (seems that's my MO most of the time) with my friend's brother. Long story short, he had told his mother (the woman I sit with dementia) early this morning that he was coming over to see her. Well he didn't show up. So after 4 hours of her wondering where he was and getting very agitated, I phoned him and asked if he was coming, told him that it really was not my place to say this to him but that he couldn't tell his mother that he was coming and then not do it because talking to a dementia patient is like talking to a kid. They latch onto those little things and then get very disappointed when what you say doesn't come true and then they are a bear to deal with. Well, he got really Pi$$ed at me, which he had every right to, and basically I didn't put in my entire day with her, he took over.
Now here's where my story gets nasty, so get ready to yell and scream at me. I went directly from my friend's house (I did not pass GO or collect $200) to the Dunkin' Donuts/gas station on the corner and proceeded to get a large Coffee Colada, an apple fritter, AND not one, but
2 KING SIZE Hershey bars with almonds. I proceeded to eat those on the way home and once I was fortified and could think straight once again, I was Pi$$ed at myself for screwing up SOOOOO bad!!!! Talk about sending a couple of good days to the crapper!!! I certainly figured out how to do that!!!
On the road to my NEW BEGINNING once again tomorrow. I'm having lunch with Susie. Lord, lead me not into temptation!

I AM determined with this new go-round and I am NOT letting this one (ok one HUGE) indiscretion screw up my week!!!
Gotta run. I'm done moaning now. Let me have it and get it over with. It's fruits, veggies and salads for me tomorrow (oops, that would be today!).
Love

ya bunches! See ya all later.
