half & half

  • I don't have my book in front of me so maybe someone can help me

    I want a cup of coffee -- caffeine included. It is actually an appetite SUPPRESENT for me. But I hate black coffee with sweet n low [which is all we have in the office]. It's hard enough to stay away from the flavored coffees here [we have a flavia machine here at work] let alone forgetting some skim milk.

    So my question is:
    are the little Land O Lakes Mini-Moos [half and half] acceptable? I've looked on their site for nutritional info and found none. I even eMailed this AM to no avail. When I googled, the only thing I found was a site that mentions they have no carbs.

    Anyone?

  • No carbs but lots of sat fat! However, once in a while won't hurt much so go for it!
    However, no whining if you don't lose!
  • Thanks Ruth. I used half the mini thing. I just hate solid black coffee and don't work by any stores.

    I won't lose anyway On the bright side, I haven't had ANY sat fat today, I don't think.
