Changed my meals. Eating more healthy now. Just making the changes from fat food to healthy food dropped me down 5 pounds.
I was wondering if yall' knew some good meals i can whip up thats easy. I am a college student and my campus is swamped with fatty fast foods which i stopped eating as a source of meal.
Now that i cut back on all the means, i never know what to prepare and eat. I dont have a mommy to make food for me when i go home so am on my own.
Gotta make my own meals.So if you know any good meals i can prepare and 2 snacks i can consume let me know, a website is good also, if you know anything please share.
