  • Sorry! I bet the cheese is NOT low fat so there will be lots of sat fat! Also the crust is white flour.

  • Personally I think having those things every once in a while is what makes this plan liveable. I have been on for a month and I don't feel deprived. I have a had appx 3 off the list things in the past two weeks. I just do phase 1 the day after. I may be wrong but I am losing at a great pace. For instance I am going on vacation tommorrow and I plan to follow SBD with a few splurges. Just my thoughts. Don't beat yourself up!!!
  • Good point. Dr. A kept saying we need to be flexible.

    On the other hand, the pizza is not the best choice if you are trying to be OP. Besides the crust and the cheese, the sauce probably has a lot of sugar. Sugar, sugar everywhere! Eeek!

    But it sounds like a decadent splurge!
