My day yesterday was fab eating wise. Here is what I had:
B: latte 2 pts.
L: salad 6 pts.
D: turkey wrap 7 pts.
chips 4 pts.
S: fudgesicle ?? (sugar free, no fat, don't know the points)
I am proud of myself. I really think I am in the mindset now to do this!
Here is today:
B: latte 2 pts.
L: turkey sandwich 5 pts.
D: chicken fried rice 5-10 pts.
S: fudgesicle

) Yup, that's the whole recipe! With real sugar they are 2 points each. With fake sweetener, 1 point. Yummers.
