Im on my last week of phase1, and ive been reading about phase2 for next week but im not quite sure how it works. Can sum1 explain phase 2/how i add things back in?

Sugar, most people just add one or two things initially. I started off by adding one piece of fruit plus a slice of whole-grain bread. What a treat it was!
I started off with Fiber 1 with Splenda in the a.m. and then a piece of fruit (apple with natural PB) in the afternoon. Good luck. It is not as scary as it seems!!
Did you add back in a piece of fruit and a slice of bread PER DAY or was this in a week?
