I just ate a whole container of them!!! Not a pint, but it looks like maybe half a pint - it says 4.4 oz. It was a few dozen of them I guess. I don't have my carb book with me but I'm sure I ate too many. But they were good for this time of year and I was so hungry. Oh well.
Carb book says 3/4 cup has 15g carbs 12 g sugar 0 fat.
Eat some for me...I'm still in Phase 1.
I made some blueberry syrup for my pancakes this morning! yummy!
