WEEKLY goals May 3-9th

  • TG goals for the week

    1. work out 4 times this week
    2. 3 liters of water and vitamins everyday!
    3. OP until Sunday (mothers day I am taking as a reward day so I can do as I like as long as I am OP on Monday morning! My mommy is coming up from Calif. to visit!)
    4. read a book to the boys eveyday


    I got some to work on cause I didn't wit my goal totally last week, I missed a couple days of a couple things last week! KICK IT UP A NOTCH!

    1: Keep up w/drinking enough water
    2: Stay OP (no backsliding)
    3: Exercise at least 2 days (try for more)
    4: Stay away from "junk" food.
