  • Good Morning! I thought I'd start joining you guys for the food logging, if you don't mind.

    7:00am 1 egg and 1 sausage (2)

    10:30am cucumber slices (2)

    12:00pm Spinich salad w/cuc., and tomato (6)

    3:00pm Seeds (2)

    6:00pm Pork Chops, and salad (6)

    8:00pm String Cheese (1)

    Total: 19

    Wow, I just realized what a good tool this is. When I originally started to figure this I was around 28 carbs. Which could be why I haven't been losing much weight. So, I re-organized the day. I'll try to get lower on the carbs tomorrow and see if that helps.

  • Me again. I just have to add... I am feeling SO INSPIRED! Now that I realize "counting/estimating in my head" may not be what my actual count is for the day, I know I can lose more! I'm having one of those a-ha moments. Seems so simple really. I almost feel dumb, but the inspired feeling is outweighing it (thank goodness!)

    Take it from me...don't try the chips and not because of the price!!! BLECH!! I just tried em cause my sis said they were good, but she has been wrong before and damn she was wrong about the chips!!
