  • 5/3/04: 20 minutes vigorous walking
  • Monday:

    40 Minutes Tennis
    ½ Hour Swim
    (Starting Slow...That 2 week hiatus threw my body off balance)
  • 30 minutes of yoga this morning
  • 45 minutes of walking today and 1 hour of belly dancing this evening
  • Tuesday, May 4, 2004: 45 minutes treadmill on incline
  • Tuesday:

    2 Hours Cleaned Kitchen & House
    1 Hour Walk With The Dog
  • yesterday 2 mile WATP.
