Hello all...I joined the site ages ago and posted for a while but fell off the fat wagon until recently...I am trying to follow SW, but am struggling without the meetings...I am going to rejoin this week as I think I need the extra support...

Its so hard sometimes, I don't know if any of you have a problem with binge eating but I definatley do...It sucks!! Just when I think I have myself under control I slip...I am desperate for this time to finally be it...

Hi Melissa great to see you back I've had binge problems all my life I seem to have so far fixed it a bit since going to SW. But I do still have a bit of a binge with wine now and again.
