I just got wind that Centrum is coming out w/a Low Carb vitamin, its suposed to have more B's, C, E. Its called Carb Assist. The following retailers are interested in carrying it: CVS, Eckerd, Duane Reade, Sams Club and Costco's to name a few.

I do not know the exact date when it will hit the market.

So is it going to compare to the Atkins brand (minus having to take so many)??? Cuz I sure would change if that's the case!!!!

I have no clue, all I know is its going to hit the markets soon. I'm sure once it does we will know.

One A Day already has one...I checked out the numbers and they didn't seem to be any better than my Centrum. See what you think when you find them.

My Centrum doesn't have a nutritional panel

You know they say the best Centrum to take is the Silver. Also it doesn't have iron and thats what I need being on LC. I was on one a day but couldn't stand the sickening feeling I got after taking them so I switched to Silver, its much better IMHO.

I will get the scoop as soon as I can.

Maybe I need to change. Maybe the Atkins ones I'm taking isn't helping anymore? I'm always tired it seems. Where's the energy I'm supposed to have? Or is that supposed to be if (and only if) I exercise?

Ummm Brenda, exercise does help but don't tell anyone I admitted that, they might hold it against me ICK !!!

Yah. Exercise helps....but only at night when it's time to sleep! THAT'S when I get the burst of energy. And w/out DH here, who needs energy at midnight?
