Question about foods for Phase 2

  • Another newbie question. 1st I want to say how GREAT this site is it has helped me so much.
    We have started phase 2 & I'm not sure about the tortilla shells. Like is it ok to use them & make a breakfast burrito & then fix something for lunch & use them again or should they be used only occasionally I am using the wheat ones also pita bread how often should we eat those.

  • I think it depends on each individual. Personally, I try to have no more than one bread item in a day and not every day.

    You just have to start adding the carbs back in a little at the time (a WW tortilla here, a piece of fruit there ...). If you do too much at once, you may stall or even gain. Or you may set off those carb cravings. So just take it slow.
