I was MIA last week working late almost every night. But I am back this week.
I have to work the 2nd job tonight, but will still try to get to the gym anyway. Depends on how late it goes.
I played 9 holes of golf this Saturday...it was good but the short game needs some help!!
Monday-did not make it to the gym, got home late and had supper with the husband. He left this morning for 2 weeks...
Tuesday- Don't know if there will be kickball tonight or not...if not I will try to get to the gym the weather is supposed to be bad later.
Monday -- gym, 25 min elliptical, 25 min fast walk, dog putter later
Tuesday -- 25 min fast walk at gym, golf lesson, will hit gym later today for 45 min bike ride and maybe a chance to read my book -- brick lane by monica ali
Planned:
Wednesday -- 2 mile run, 30 min weights with trainer, gardening
Thursday -- 30 min run
Friday -- 45 min elliptical, weights
Saturday --- 30 min run
Well I have been aweful this week!!Tuesday it rained so I took the opportunity to do the errands I needed to do. Didn't exercise. Wednesday Cleaned cleaned and cleaned again...rained as well. Thursday was going to go to the gym and didn't get there. I went home to change and ended up doing laundry, going through my closet (throwing out the old stuff) and changing out winter clothes. Today... I will golf tonight, however it is literally 89 degrees in my office and I am just sweating a ton. I hope this will mean that I will lose a little weight in here as well!! ??? The heat doesn't get turned off until May and it's been hotter than usual and being there is no ventillation it's so hot in my office!!!! Aughh... I am going to try to get out this weekend and run, but I will for sure be practicing my golf game....I was 10 over last time I went out and I blew all the shots around the green...I need to practice up for the summer :-)
