WEEKLY GOALS April 19th thru 25th

  • Just getting ready for the week!!

    Here are goals for TG:

    1. go for another week of induction, thru the 25th no eating anything not on induction.

    2. 3 liters of water daily & vitamins daily

    3. Work out 4 times this week.

    4. use my resist-a-ball at home for situps and exercise when watching TV at least 2 times this week.


    YEAH!!! GO FOR IT!!!
  • Ill add my lil ol self

    * Drink at least 64oz per day

    * Excersize heavily at least 5 times this week, get in some form of light excersize every day.

    * Keep it under 10 grams of Sugar and 40 grams of Carbs.

    * Keep each item that is not on the induction list labeled LC (i.e. LC yogurt or Tortillas)

    * Lose 3lbs!

  • Ok I feel like I've been slipping a bit lately.. so I need to get my butt back on track

    1. Write every little detail in my food log.

    2. Get some form of exercise everyday.. even if it's just a walk.

    3. Drink my water! At least 8 cups per day

    4. Back to strict induction menu (with the exception of a few nuts )
  • Once again I need to figure out how to meet the goals I set. I can manage it seems for THREE days now--but that's it. Maybe I need to loosen up the goals?

    1: Drink enough water
    2: exercise 4 days this week
    3: Stay away from low carb "junk" food.
