Then, when I was getting back on to it, I walked OFF THE OTHER SIDE
To their credit, the girls behind the counter at the gym didn't laugh at me. I laughed at me! Good thing I don't embarass easily!
Anyway, between all my acrobatics, I managed to stop the counter on the treadmill and lose track of the distance I had walked (twice). I know I walked at least 2 miles, probably closer to 2.5, but I'm going with the smaller #. And I rode 1/2 mile on the spinning bike.
What a hoot we are!
