Ok I am reading all about it on atkins.com I don't really know what the book has more then the website.. because I have gotten most of the info off there they even had a sample menu for me...
"These are the foods you may eat liberally during Induction:" Does this mean I can eat as much as I want? They didn't set limits out here for me! This will screw me over because I will sit down for a nice meal of 40 chicken breasts and then learn I got screwed over...
Next, I am planning on bringing a salad every day to work I work from 12-8 so i go from lunch -> dinner.
My idea is to bring a big salad, and then bring a snack, my idea was one of those controled shake things? Carb controled Shakes I think is the proper name? Do these follow in the same catagory as the advantage bars?
This is what I am going to be doing ->
BREAKFAST ( 4-5 egg whites ) and some sort of meat like sausage or something.
Lunch -> The BIG SALAD with cheese and chicken and some kinda dressing ( what do you suggest? )
Dinner ->
Lots of chicken or beef with some cheese possibly? Maybe I will also put some vegtables in but I will probably use up my daily dose of vegtables in the salad to make sure I'm full
SNACK: While at work ( a shake? and some fried chicken breast I will bring )
