I'm Lisa from Houston, Texas and I was happy to find this site and this forum. After reaching my heaviest weight, I woke up one morning last month and decided enough was enough. I am just not comfortable with my body anymore so it's time to do something about it. I started WW that day on February 18, 2004. Like a lot of people, I have to pay someone else so I can lose weight. Go figure! lol Good news is that I'm down 19lb's as of last Thursday
so I'm here looking for tips and support from others on the plan to keep my momentum up. I've got about 75lb's to go to get to 'my' ideal weight and I don't want to get bored doing what I'm doing every day. I'm also looking for an exercise or WW buddy if anyone is in the Houston area. I do most of my exercise outside with my 2 dogs and yoga inside, but am always looking for new ways to make exercise fun. I can't say that I hate it, but getting my butt motivated to sweat even more than I do with the hot flashes is sometimes really tough and having someone else to conspire with is always more fun.
