    I killed my legs on a hike Saturday so no exercise for me Sunday and possibly today. I may do weights tonight.
  • Monday:
    10 min. walk (in the beautiful morning sunshine!)
    46 min. walk/jog intervals (2.53 mi. jogging!/0.90 mi. walking)
  • Mon:
    30 min. run @ 5.5 mph
    21 min. stairclimber
  • Tuesday:
    15 min. walk (this time in very icky morning weather)
    5 min. warm-up/cool-down walk
    12 min./1 mi. jog
    30 min. weights
  • Tues:
    34 min. stairclimber
    30 min. walk @ 4.7 mph (incline intervals)
    35 min. elliptical

    I had a fair amount of "atoning" to do....too many sweets today....Yikes!
  • Tuesday:

    5-mile walk on the beach
  • Wed:
    35 min. elliptical
    10 min. stairclimber
    25 min. weights
  • Wednesday:
    20 min. walk
    10 min. warm-up/cool-down walk
    30 min. jog (5 mph)
  • monday: 2 hr. of hitting softballs.... oh, my aching abs!
    tuesday:walked
    wednesday: hit softballs again and ran/walked
    thursday: 35 minute walk with hills
  • Wednesday:
    2-mile walk

    Thursday:
    2-mile walk
  • thurs:
    21 min. run @ 5.8 mph for 2 mi.
    30 min. walk (incline intervals) @ 4.7 mph
    19 min. stairclimber
