There are so many special ones in my life, but the first that
comes to mind is Rocket Man by Elton John (popular in 1972).

Oy Indeed! 1972 found me 21 and completely in love with Elton.
And capable of drinking legally in the lame *** state that went
with the 21 thing vs the 18 NY State utilized.
It was a very good year on many levels...

And two of my still favorite loves... Neil Young and
Eric Clapton. Lola.
Oh_yes. I plum wore out Yardbirds For Your Love album. Clapton,
Jimmy Page and Jeff Beck is still my idea of guitar playing
nirvana.

well now i am so eclectic there is no choosing a "type" but
everytime i am in charge of the music i drive my hubby nuts.

with them. And songwriters that are capable of making them sing.
What a remarkable gift to have.
