Friday finally got here.
We had our installation dinner last night and it was nice. The incoming board was the same but if you have a good board why mess it up. We even had a leader from a chapter in Canada show up at the weigh in and we invited her to join us and she did. Very nice lady. Her chapter is only 1 year old.
I finished the quarter up 2# but I still have 9 months to get to my yearly goal.I don't want to do it at end of year like I did last year. But I seem to be back on track with eating but body keeps resisting the walking I have been doing.Time for work.Have a good day.

Was able to wake up a bit earlier today before the rest of the family wakes up.

Eleni, what is your yearly goal? What is your eating plan? What have you been doing for workouts, etc.? It sounds like you really enjoy your chapter of TOPS; what are the programs like? I am curious as to how other chapters run themselves, as I just joined/started attending.

mompen.. What is your personal goal for the year? How are you planning to get there, (what eating plan and workout plan have you been doing?)
Taking the kids to the park? How is the weather like in your parts? It is going to be in the 70's here in southern Indiana...possibly rain showers later, but the children will be with Grandma from lunchtime through the afternoon while I am on my date with dh, so they won't mind. Grandma's house is always more fun.

Hi Everyone

It has been a long time since i have posted for 2 reasons.

One, we changed systems at work and i had alot of trouble accessing the site.

Two, my world has come to a crashing halt. My husband had an affair with my good friend and I found them out. Our families did alot of things together. Even the kids are affected by this since they can not play together and i can't tell them why. What is devastating is that they say that they are in love and weren't ready to end it. She has gone back to her husband and he wants to work things out with me but I don't know if it will work. I have asked him to go to councilling before and he didn't want to. Now he wants to but it may be a case of too little too late. Her husband has taken her back unconditionally but I can't trust any of them. Basically it comes down to, if they want to be together, they will and there is nothing that I can do about it. Not sure I really care anyway. Have to focus on getting a house for the girls and me and make sure that our 3 lives are secure. I will always be civil to him and can be friendly but I don't know if I can be his wife.

On a postive note, I have lost 6lbs in 4 day. LOL Got to keep an sense of humout. Nothing like bad new to lose your appetite.

I am going to take a few weeks off of TOPS to get sorted.
