Weigh in time again

I unfortunately gained 1.5 back last weekthat brings me back up to 161.5 ( a total of 12 lbs lost
but I think it was due to eating too much bread on the weekend and too many salty foods - I will have to work a little harder this week to get rid of it and then some if I want to reach my mini goal of a total of 15 lbs lost by April 5...sigh...
Back to the drawing board



Just think you are only 3 measly pounds away from 178 - go girl!
