  • Hey Skinnymini - I took care of your 6 points last night. My daughter made pineapple cake and I nibbled too much while I was on the phone - the scale was down this morning - go figure . . .

  • O.k. I tried to eat a Baked Potato for dinner last night and I knew they looked a little old but weren't bad...they tasted aweful...I couldn't eat it. So I had Oatmeal, a handful of M&M's that's it, but it felt like I was eating everything!!

    Lunch: nibbled on homemade ww bread, hummus and a few bites organic trail mix (9pts??)
    Dinner: WW penne, broccoli, chicken, garlic, etc (6 pts)
    Snacks: apple pie yogurt, fudgesicle (3 pts)

    Hmm for some reason I though I had really overdone it today but I guess I did not We had our Coop order come in today so its hard not to taste some of the yummy (hummus, etc), healthy things we order every month.

  • O.k. Maggiano's for supper last night... I feel I did well, I had salad, a tiny bit of calamari, about 1/8 of my chicken marsala, and about 1/5 of my tiramisu. It was enough to curb the craving for all of that. There's enough chicken marsala for me and the husband for supper tonight. I am sure I still went over points, but I don't even care... I haven't gone out with the girls for a long time.

    Today is my weigh in, but not until 5:30, so usually just eat a bagel and low-fat cream cheese and then have a normal dinner after the meeting.

    D: WW rice/bean meal with shredded lettuce, salsa and a few crushed baked corn tortillas (7) Tortillas w/salsa (2)
    S: McDonald's Grilled Chicken - no mayo w/honey mustard instead (7) & a few fries (1)

    L: small Cheesesteak with soup = 17

    D: Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans = 8
