Weekly Goals - March 22-28

  • My goals for this week:

    1) Gym minimum 3 days this week
    2) Drink 128 oz of water every day
    3) Vitamins every day

    Ill report back in on Sunday with my success.
  • TG Goals for the week

    1. gym 4 times this week
    2. vitamins and supplements everday with 3 liters of water.
    3. OP all week!
  • 1: Get back on strict induction
    2: Exercise (at least a couple days this week)
    3: Lose 2 pounds????? lol
  • So.. how is everyone doing on this???

    I have 2 days in for everything.. Including the Gym!! I took today off from the gym because My legs feel like lead today from starting to run, but I plan to stretch later and maybe do some abs...
  • I made my weekly goal last week Yippeeeeee!!!
  • I bombed. I couldn't lose weight anytime soon to save my life! UGH!
    Ok. I'm back on strict induction.
    Making sure I get my water intake.
    And I'm working towards exercising more.
