Breakfast:
bagel (small), rf pb 5

Lunch:
Uncle Ben's rice bowl 5
water 80 oz by the end of the day
Dinner:
stir fry 7
water!!
Total = 18-20 pts.
Exercise = walk 2 - 3 miles today at lunchtime.
