  • Good morning everyone! I did terribly this weekend, so I am on a mission this week!!!

    Breakfast:

    bagel (small), rf pb 5
    coffee 0


    Lunch:
    Uncle Ben's rice bowl 5
    water 80 oz by the end of the day


    Dinner:
    stir fry 7
    water!!

    Total = 18-20 pts.

    Exercise = walk 2 - 3 miles today at lunchtime.

    Exercise - 20 min. stationary bike + 1-mile walk/job (approx. 10 minutes) + 100 situps

    Water - 24 oz. so far.
