I am back to give this a whirl again. After half trying a million diets I think (since I turned 38) and now smart....lol That diets don't work. I am digging out my old BFL books and am starting challenge 1 on March 21. First day of spring, first day of my new healthy lifestyle. I don't hav a scanner so I can't post pictures but I do plan on putting up my stats on a regular basis. In the next few days I want to get my meals planned. Any good recipes for a starter??? My daily breakfast will always be (has been for the last 15 years) oameal, tea, milk and 2 egg whites. I normally add sugar but that is gone as of Sunday. Any suggestions will be appreciated. My stats in my signature will not be correct but I will post new ones on Sunday.

I think maybe I'm confused and it was an article here on 3FC somewhere. The only thing I see in Real Simple that I meant to share around here was a blurb about cinnamon being good for cholesterol levels.
