I've been following the diet faithfully and in the last 2 days I have gained 3 lbs! I'm not sure why or what is going on. It isn't that TOM. I'm about to have a panic attack. I feel deprived and hungry and I don't want to fall off the wagon, but I can't get discouraged like this. I feel like I'm eating less that I should be, but yesterday I did have some spaghetti squash and the day before I had some kashi cereal with huckleberries.
Any ideas???????

Anyways, you cant always be sure that what the scale says is a true weight, depends on alot of circumstances I think.
