Hope you are better little chick. I hate the throw ups. You have little ones dont you? I suppose you cant avoid getting what they have.
And Lizzie and Deets, I am interested in your study classes. I have been following the sufi path for a while now, which is a sort of mystic path which takes teachings from all faiths, and is based on prayer and meditation and spiritual experience (and grounding it in the world rather than away in a monastry etc.....although if I could spend the rest of my life sitting in prayer on a mountainside I would be happy.....
). So I am always fascinated by delving in to that side of things.Well, off I go to work this morning for an eleven o clock client. I will be back this afternoon. I still have this assignment to finish (start). I am doing the reading for it though, so I expect when I am ready to sit down and write it will probably come out whole (sorry if that made you a little queezy Little Chick).

Despite having to put honey in my coffee yesterday am at work, b/c I ran out of Splenda. Yeesh, I'll never do THAT again.

Maybe we all should try meditation on a hillside with Clovey for a time. It actually sounds like something I could go for, Clovey. Um-m-m-m......Heavenly!

Well, I hope all is ok. And that Hershey's portly waist can be treated. We had a very overweight cat for a while, and he had to go on every diet imaginable (but he just ate all the other cats' food), but then he suddenly lost two kilos in about two months because he got to be diabetic and have kidney failure
But you can't eat while you're knitting!
Glad to hear the scale was good to you though!
