I really think adding the kickboxing class and the raquetball made a difference, hopefully gave my metabolism a kick in the rear! I am down two whole pounds!! My weight loss had really stalled at one point and otherwise been slow going so this is the encouragement I needed to stick w/ it!
Congrats to all you other losers!!!! (And yep, I agree, a "stay" is always better than a gain for me too!)
