  • OK - here I go ... I am doing low-carb - or trying to anyway:

    Sunday, Mar 7

    BREAKFAST:
    2 coffees/blk
    2 low-carb blueberry waffles w/butter

    LUNCH:
    1 orange
    1 slice cheddar cheese

    DINNER:
    1 Buffalo burger w/cheese (no bun)
    1 slice tomato/lettuce
    2 cups cream of cauliflower soup
    1 coffee/blk

    SNACK:
    1 cup hot low-carb milk

    WATER: 80 oz
    EXERCISE: none

    BREAKFAST:
    2 coffees/blk
    1 whole-grain pancake
    2 slices bacon
    4 strawberries/sliced

    LUNCH:
    1 whole-grain pancake (left over from breakfast)
    1 cup low-carb milk

    DINNER:
    2 pcs broiled fish
    2 coffee/blk
    1/2 cup smashed cauliflower

    SNACK:
    1 Klondike sugar-free ice cream bar

    WATER: 80 oz
    EXERCISE: none

    1 cup lo-carb milk

    LUNCH:
    1 whole-grain pancake
    1 coffee/blk

    DINNER:
    2 pcs broiled fish
    broccoli

    SNACK:
    1 klondike sugarless ice cream bar


    WATER: 72 oz
    EXERCISE: none

    I have a question for you. Where do you find Low-carb milk? I'm trying to get back on the low carb thing again but I'm not sure if it's ok while breastfeeding.

    Keep up the good work and I may just join you in here one of these days!
