March Weigh in's

  • Time for a new month. I for one feel I have wasted the first two months of the year. I have given myself a swift kick and I am back on track. No more gains this new month

    March 4 -1 3/4# Good so far

    March 11 -1/4# small but I will take it

    March 18 +2# That takes care of 2# I lost. Not making much headway

    March 25 turtle I am glad for turtle but this is another wasted month. Hopefully next month will be better

  • OOPS We have 2 March weigh ins. Just trying to keep them both near the top
  • The 3rd month of the year already. If I don't get going soon, the year will have passed me by.....and I can't have that!!!!

    March 3 - Gained .75# NOT good!
    March 10 - lost .25# Not as much as I would have liked but I am happy.

    I didn't do well in Feb. Ended the month 1/4# over leeway However...

    March 4 - 3.5# Now under GOAL

    March 11 -2.5# I'm trying to get to 7 under by SRD!!!

    March 18 1.75#'s Only 2.25 #'s to 7 under!!!


    March 25 - no weigh in... SRD

    Ended the month with 7.75# gone. I didn't make 7 under by SRD, but that is okay. Will in April!!!

  • lost 1.5 this week. won't be posting again until april 8th or 9th. will be leaving for vacation tomorrow morning.

  • Down 1 and 1/4 pound despite my awful eating habits. It probably is due to my consistant exercise and pure luck. I am planning to do better next week by keeping closer tabs on the eating.
