Hi,
I was wondering if anyone else has had heartburn problems?? I have been on the SBD since Feb.2nd and just recently have been having bad heartburn or a stomach ache right after I eat.

I haven't added anything new to my diet and it really is starting to bother me.

I'm living on TUMS.

Any suggestions?

Michelle: That is how my acid reflux started. You may need to see a Dr. if it keeps up. Mine got so bad that water irritated my stomach. Believe it or not milk will really adjatate reflux as well as spicy things.

Hum I am just the opposite. I have not had heartburn since I started SBD. I have acid reflux as well but it has not acted up since I started this either. Funny how different we all are. Although now that I have bragged it will try to rear it's creepy head and I'll have to beat it down! hahahahaha

Thanks for your responses. About 3 years ago I had my gallbladder taken out and I was put on Prilosec for acid reflux. After about 3 months I stopped taking it and it was fine until recently.

I think I may need to see my doctor again.
