I'm back,
Thanks Tara for trying to make me feel better. It's nice to know that someone cares

I'm doing a bit better today. I'm really scared that I'll go beck into my Postpartum Depression. It's such a scary place to be. Yesterday I cried all evening, no tears today, so that's a really good sign.
I made some 0 point soup today for supper. I didn't tell DH what it was because he'd probably decide then that he didn't like it

I also weighed this morning and am still the same from last weigh in date. Good considering that I never have good weekends. I really wish I could stick to my points. I give up too easy. I annoy myself.
Tara, I agree, wearing maternity clthes at this point would be really hard on the mind. I wore some "regular" clothes all through my pregnancy to make myself feel better then, but now I'm still wearing those "regular" clothes, hmmmmm...it does make me wonder
Jen, why don't you get to watch your daughter in dance class? Can you at least watch her in her swim class? I just think you're missing out! I wish we had some options for things you can put your kids in. Here, it's hockey or nothing. Small towns have their share of negatives (although there are many positives too).
Tara, don't you just love those mornings. My little one is usually in bed till 10 am. It is so nice

So you're going to a spa, when? That would be so fun! What type of things would you do there? hmmmm...must be nice
Lala, the gym everyday, that's a super accomplishment!

I'm sure you'll be down tomorrow. Best of luck to you

The water will have flushed it all out, so no worries. Journalling is the key, and staying within your points. I wish I didn't find it so hard to do.
Tara, did you work it out so that you can go and WI after all? I know how it can be important to you and your motivation for the next week. If you can't go to your meeting, go to your friend's and use her scale. Or make DH get yours out just for tomorrow morning. Do you still have to pay for a meeting that you miss? We have to here and I think it's really dumb
Well, I should go to bed, DS and DH are already fast asleep,
Diana
