I figured...We now have a thread where we post when we've gone off the program and indulged....but what about when we've been good? Shouldn't we acknowledge that??
I want to start counting how many days I can stay OP!! Lol...I'm not counting today until it's over. So this is for yesterday. And if I goof? Then I'm starting over. But I thought this'd be interesting.

I got on my scale this morning (bec I just feel different) and I have lost 3 lbs!
that is 3 whole pounds folks! that is awesome for me!!!!! I am thrilled! and I feel good! yippeeeeee!
) I just KNOW it's not always going to stay up. So I just want to see how far I can go w/out cheating. And maybe posting the days will make me know I CAN'T cheat w/out you all knowing it. 


Also, exercising is going well. I just need to add Pilates back in. Why, oh why did I ever stop??
