I am restarting Phase I today, Monday....I will weigh when I drag my rear out of bed!!! After a week of eating really bad, I hope all goes well with my weigh in!

i started phase 1 last monday at 256 and i am down 4lbs today to 252. i gotta say i love this plan right about now!!!

I am pleased to say that at today's weigh-in, I have lost a total of 13 pounds. I am so happy I could absolutely cry! (Well, okay, there were a few tears shed, but I am a sensitive girl.) This is the start of week 4 and where the challenge begins, but I feel so good about these results, that I really feel like I can manage this.

I think the biggest support I have received has been from all of you, so thank you and keep it coming!!!

I am happy to report I am down another full pound! 14 Total now!
And...I have finally gottenout of the 150's!!! WooHoooo!
I am a happy 149 this morning & feeling GOOOOOOD!
I exercised this weekend too (Yes Ellis, REAL exercise..not just SEX!)
I did my tae bo tape (which nearly killed me!) & lots of ab crunches.
I am VERY sore this morning but feeling well & healthy.

Well ladies this has been a fabulous week. Got into my size 16 low rise jeans, and finally got below 216.

This morning I weighed in at 215.4 horray! (I had a mini-goal of making 215 before we go on holiday on the 29th) I'm shooting for the stars and trying to make 210. I swear these whey protein shakes are totally doing it for me. I'm so happy I don't have to eat eggs for breakfast anymore. Also I'm glugging H20 like crazy.

Congrats to everyone, and if you're stuck just keep on the diet, you will start to lose again.

No change for me this week but that's because I celebrated Valentines Day and my anniversary over the weekend.Loved the truffles and mini creampuffs YUM!!!
But today starts another week, so I hope to do much better this week.

Well, I got on the scales at the gym and they showed 186lbs ie 13 stone 4lbs. Now, as I was 16 stone two pounds (226lbs) just last week does that make me champion dieter queen of the everything??

Or does it make the scales jammed at 186?? More likely. I might be down a pound or so but no way to tell until they fix them! This is ok as I had pledged to do a monthly weigh anyhow, so I suppose my guardian angel was hiding in the mechanism
