  • Starting off another week...

    Sunday:
    3 mile run on treadmill
    30 min strength training
  • Monday
    35 mins of WATP (2 mile brisk walking)
    15 mins of handweights
    15 mins of exercise bike ( 2miles)
  • 30 minutes cross trainer
  • Monday:

    2 3/4-mile walk
    1/4-mile jog
  • Hi, I've decided to start posting my workouts...will make me a lot more truthful, and can better see what I'm doing. Along with me marking miles on my calendar.

    Sunday: 2 miles at the track...walked, but did half a mile jogging.
  • Sunday:
    10 min. run @ 5.5 mph
    20 min. walk @ 4.5 mph
    10 min. stairclimber

    Monday:
    5 min. walk (warmup)
    30 min. run @ 5.7 mph for 2.85 mi.
    10 min. stairclimber
    25 min. weights
  • Monday:
    40 minutes Curves
  • jogging 40 minutes
  • Tuesday:
    90 min yoga
  • Monday:
    30 Minutes 2.5 miles, on the treadmill
    3 reps of 10 sit-ups
    Stretching

    Tuesday: Don't think I will get there....Hopefully...
  • Tues:
    35 min. elliptical
    12 min. stairclimber
  • Exercise:
    35 mins of brisk walking (2 miles)
    20 mins of walking (1 mile)
    10 mins of exercise bike (1.5 miles)
    15 mins of handweights
  • Tuesday:

    3-mile walk
  • Tuesday- Had to go shopping for vacation... Walked around the mall for 3 hours...nothing to really count for exercise, but it was better than sitting on the couch. I am back at it after work tonight!!!
  • Tues Night:

    while watching Americas Next Top Model
    I did stretching...still sore from run on Sunday
    I also did about 15 min of ab work
