2 low-carb blueberry waffles w/butter
LUNCH:
2 string cheese
2 slices ham
1 coffee/blk
DINNER:
(this is not going to be pretty)!
2 kahlua & sodas
1/2 cheese bread
1 spinach salad w/mushrooms
1/2 serving of baked scrod
green beans w/almond slivers
1 hot fudge sundae (it was small)
2 cups black coffee
WATER: 8 glasses (64 oz)
EXERCISE: none
