2 cups coffee w/davinci sf syrup & cream - 3
2 egg omelet w/ 1 oz cheddar cheese - 2.5
and 1 tbsp crumbled bacon
Lunch:
grilled chicken breast
asparagus - 2
crystal light lemonade
Supper:
grilled fish with
grilled onion - 5
salad & dressing - 5
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: 45 minute walk
Total Carbs: 17.5
Scale: 205
