    Started Atkins Induction Today
    20 grams of net carbs per day

    Breakfast:
    2 cups coffee w/davinci sf syrup & cream - 3
    2 egg omelet w/ 1 oz cheddar cheese - 2.5
    and 1 tbsp crumbled bacon

    Lunch:
    grilled chicken breast
    asparagus - 2
    crystal light lemonade

    Supper:
    grilled fish with
    grilled onion - 5
    salad & dressing - 5

    Water: 64 oz

    Exercise: 45 minute walk

    Total Carbs: 17.5

    Scale: 205
    (took measurements too) but I ain't sharing those

    Morning:
    1 1/2 cups of oatmeal- 6 points
    1/2 cup of mixed fruit- 1 point


    Lunch:
    one slice of 12 grain bread- 1 point
    1 slice of american cheese- 2 points
    1 slice of chicken roll- 1 point
    Bryers Light Fat free Key Lime pie yogurt- 2 points


    Dinner:
    1/2 cup croutons- 3 points
    2 1/2 cups of salad- 0 points
    1 tbsp of cheese- 1 point
    3 tbsp of dressing- 3 points
    2 cups of milk- 4 points


    Exercise: 35 mins of moderate walking (2 miles)
    10 mins of handweights
    AP earned: 4 points

    Total points used: 24/31

  • Cathy you did it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You did excellent yesterday whooohoooo. One day down, you can do it today again, oh yeah baby ! I'm so happy for you. Don't forget there are going to be days when your starving, this is normal, then there will be days when you don't wanna eat much. BRAVO!!!!

    Snack: ( this was a bad decision)
    1 sirloin patty- 9 points
    2 slices of 12 grain bread- 2 points

    Dinner:
    1 cup of pasta- 4 points
    1 cup of leftover turkey chili- 3 points
    2 tbsp of cheese- 2 points



    Exercise: 35 mins of brisk walking (2 miles)
    10 mins of handweights AP earned: 4 points

  • Sorry i havent been posting, but ive been so ashamed of my eating that i couldnt. I started over today and i feel stronger than before.

    B-slept too late

    L-slimfast made with water and a banana
    16 animal crackers
    diet coke

    D-sweet potato
    1/2 cup stuffing
    carrots

    Snack-1 piece cauliflower, 1 piece broccoli, 2 pieces celery(size of pinky)
    1 cup v8 juice

    Calories- 796, Fat-20

    I must start waking up earlier. I also need more fat in my diet.

    but there is always tomorrow

    I did not know that eggs had 1 carb each, so I had to go back to Monday and adjust the carbs. duh but I was still under 20.
    just corrected my coffee - I keep forgetting to count 1 carb for each cup!

    w/4 tbsp water
    1 splenda & some drops of vanilla
    (LEENIE? have you tried this yet? YUM)
    kind of like sweet milk, or melted ice cream!

    Supper:
    grilled chicken

    Water: 48 oz

    Total carbs: 19
