    That gives me a loss of 2.25 lbs for the month.

    Feb 5 I gained 1# but thats ok.I am back on track and will have a loss next week for sure

    Feb 12 Turtle I guess I wasn't as much on track as I thought I hope next week is better

    Feb 19 -1/2# I will take it.Hopefully it is the beginning of more losses

  • I'm a newbie to TOPS. Joined Jan. 21 and my next meeting was cancelled due to extreme and dangerous windchills... so will be going for my first (loss) weigh in this Wed.

  • welcome judomom! i was excused from my last weigh-in for january because i was sick. now to february.

  • Getting in a bit late but didn't weigh in for this month till just yesterday. I'm going to make it in the black like last month!!!! Positive attitude, right?

    Feb 4 - Couldn't go. DD had a Special Olympic dinner/dance
    Feb 11 - LOST 1/2#. WOO-HOO!!!!!!
    Feb 18 - OOPS ----- gained 1/4#. Ok, I'm still in the black for this month. One more week to go for Feb.
    Feb 25 - Turtle......but I'll take it.

    So for the month, I am down 1/4#. It's a loss and that is the main thing. Now to March.

  • sorry i'm late in reporting this in. lost .50 pound and attained a small goal. my small goal was to get my weight at or below 215. my weight is now 214.50. my new small goal is get my weight at or below 210 by easter sunday/my mom's birthday.
