Did you get out with JIFF and do some SNOW SHOEING????

Now I imagine THAT would be a REAL WORKOUT????? I've never done that since I grew up in KENTUCKY, the biggest snow I remember was 27 inches, and we all were so amazed that we didn't or couldn't get out to do anything! I know that my Mom sent my Brother to the little store that was only a few blocks away for bread and milk and it took him 3 hrs to go and come back...trudging all the way....

actually, I have been hibernating with one of the books from the Miss Julia series. Well, that and in crisis mode with the little guy.

BUT! I did walk with dh this morning at the park...thought my face was going to freeze off!

I hate the cold. come to think of it, I hate it when it is too hot too!

3 hours to get bread and milk??? yowza!

hey ditzy...real quick cause he is screaming at me right now.

he is almost 9...an asperger pdd adhd ocd kind of kid and i am having trouble with his meds and getting him through the school day (he goes to a special school)

pm me and or stilltrying who is EXCELLENT at this stuff if you need some help.

Hey Peachie, I'm late catching up with reading the posts. Yes, by all means, please feel free to volunteer my services. It is a compliment and I appreciate it.

BTW, you SHAVE your legs? Women still do that? Like, on a regular basis? I may do it once a year or so, when I go for my gyn. exam. I make sure to schedule my mammogram at the same time so that I don't have to shave my underarms TWICE!

AHHHH, I love retirement!

Hey! ST!!!! I shave my legs once every other week....only cause I take pity on the poor girl that gives me a pedicure. I have the NASTIEST feet. I mean really NASTY and this girl is sweet and tolerant and uses a brightly colored clothespin on her nose. I think I love her.
